Staatliche Antikensammlungen (State Antiquities Collections)

Visitors can vividly experience the worlds of the Greeks, Etruscans, and Romans at the State Antiquities Collections on the Königsplatz. Works of art and everyday objects from antiquity, crafted from ceramic, metal, and stone, invite guests to immerse themselves in long-forgotten worlds. The current special exhibition, “Sammeln mit Stil“ (Collecting in Style) explores the fascinating world of enthusiasm for antiquity and patronage in the 19th century.
