Müller'sches Volksbad

Choir Night at the public baths of the Müller’schen Volksbad starting at 10 pm

The Volksbad, the Art Nouveau jewel among Munich's baths and one of the most beautiful bathhouses in Europe, is transformed into a concert hall during the Long Night. From 10 pm to 1 am, choirs will be performing alternately in one of the two swimming halls.

Singing:

• The Bud Spenzer Heart Choir - that's 60 flying fists, straight to your ears. Founded in Giesing in 2017 and still travelling on rocket shoes. Germany's most special choir sings its way through Bud and Terence's film music oeuvre.

• HARMUNICHS - a multi-award-winning barbershop and a cappella choir from Munich, founded in 1995. The strong-voiced singers sing English and German-language hits from rock and pop (e.g. by Queen, Adele, Justin Timberlake and others) as well as well-known songs from films and musicals - all arranged in a modern, four-part barbershop style.

• Robins Choruso – the rock & pop choir from Munich brings a mix of songs from Sting, Annie Lennox, Ed Sheeran and many more to the stage with more than 30 angelic voices. It will get your feet tapping and your heart pumping. Under the direction of Emanuel Schmidt, new interpretations can be heard and old favourites can be experienced anew.

No swimming during the Long Night, swimming pools can be visited in street clothes. Glass bottles and glasses are not permitted in the Müller'sches Volksbad.
