KHG - Leo 11

7 pm: BluBanda – Jazz & Mash Up Orchestra (Saal-Hall)

A dazzling opening: the Latin American program is accompanied by well-known film highlights and classics from the history of the big band.

8 pm: sharp 9 vibes (Cafeteria)

Vibraphonist Rainer Szalata, flautist Eva Ivanova-Dytlova and the Cantaloupe Rhythm Section will peer into the soul of jazz and focus on improvisation. Ranging from fast rhythms to balladesque melodies, the musicians will weave together a complex musical tapestry.

9 pm: Bavarian Tropical (Saal-Hall)

With this Brazilian-Bavarian band, any musical homesickness vanishes. The five musicians are dedicated to the music of their homeland and bring samba and bossa nova beats to Bavaria.

10 pm: Olivier Morin Quartet (Cafeteria)

Four musicians – Morin (saxophone), Lipsky (piano), Rehle (bass) and Zell (drums) – will meet up again for a special set filled with contemporary jazz. Groovy, lyrical, powerful, full of emotion … music!

11 pm: TroubleShooters (Saal-Hall)

When funk rhythms meet blues scales, when the walls shake and the tables dance: That's soul. Crisp brass sets, a grooving rhythm section and tenderly melting into funky soul vocals characterize the band.

Midnight: Cantaloupe (Saal-Hall)

Funk and soul classics, pop with a jazz twist and modern chart hits – the rhythm section will heat up the body, the singers will get to the core, and the brass section will drive away every last gloomy thought. Dancing and singing will be a must.
