8 – 9 pm:

BORLINGHAUS takes us along on her journey to herself. The young musician's songs are full of beautiful melancholy and do us good because they speak of feelings we all know. At the center of her music are the newcomer's unmistakable, gentle voice and her honest German lyrics. They also show us that, despite world-weariness and longing, we can remain courageous and look for lightness and space to breathe.

9.30 – 10.30 pm:

Samuel Rösch (winner of “The Voice of Germany” 2018) inspires audiences across Europe with his unmistakable voice: live at over 500 concerts and streamed to over 200,000 monthly listeners on Spotify alone. Whether soft and sensitive or powerful and rousing - his songs such as “Mein Warum,” “Geschichten” and “Rückwärtsgang” address identity and authenticity. Perfect for our time, perfect for the #GEMAStage.

11 pm – midnight:

On her third album “a line in my skin,” Leipzig-based songwriter Karo Lynn moves between Daughter, Ben Howard and The National, from slow-motion ballads and pop songs full of musical gems to powerful mid-tempo numbers on new musical terrain – but always with the same urgency. Infused with floating guitar melodies and comfortingly dark synth atmospheres – a perfect place for Karo's dark, expressive voice.

Starting at 12.30 – 1.30 am:

JOE SHEPHERD: Melancholy, beautiful folk songs with a touch of country, which tell and touch stories from life with their deep sincerity and simplicity. Let them enchant you in an intimate atmosphere that will allow you to immerse yourself in the soulful world of Joe Shepherd.
