The City of Munich’s exhibition spaces showcase contemporary art from Munich in the heart of the city. As an art lending collection, Artothek & Bildersaal offers art that visitors can experience up close and even take home. Emerging artists find space for experimentation at the Kunstarkaden, while site-specific artistic interventions are presented at the MaximiliansForum, located in a pedestrian underpass beneath Maximilianstraße.
