Stadt Land Fluss (City Country River)

Curators Sarah Dorkenwald and Karianne Fogelberg of UnDesignUnit will explore the multifaceted relationships between humans and nature in the city and its surroundings. They will bring together contemporary approaches from design, art, and architecture that explore various forms of coexistence. A diverse program with guided tours and hands-on activities will be on offer for the Long Night.

2 – 4 pm: How do people and nature coexist in the city? We want to find out in the exhibition “Stadt Land Fluss” (City Country River). Using drawings and collages from old books and catalogs, you will design your own book to take home with you. With Monika Humm, artist

The historic Rathausgalerie (Town Hall Gallery) is an enchanted place from a bygone era with contemporary art from Munich. Discover the “Onside / Offside” exhibition together and experiment with photography, drawing and diverse materials.

The result is a very special family portrait to take home. (You can join the program at any time from 2 to 4 pm, for children aged 5 and over accompanied by an adult)
