Here you can become a polar explorer yourself: "Come with us on a climate expedition!" is the motto of the current special exhibition "Thin Ice" at the Traffic Center. On firmer ground, but also for those with an adventurous spirit, the "crazy" bikes will once again be available for testing in the courtyard. And the carriage simulator offers another bumpy ride. On the other hand, you can get in some gentle floating towards the future in the "SupraGleiter." Those who prefer to just watch can let the demonstrations of the S3/6 steam locomotive or the "Puffing Billy" impress them. You'll get a bit of exercise yourself while touring through the three historic halls. In Hall I, you'll learn all about urban transit yesterday and today. In Hall II, you can experience the history of travel from ancient times to the present day. And in Hall III, you can discover innovations we have used to expand mobility and to fulfill our urge to move.
