Valentin-Karlstadt-Musäum

Karl Valentin’s favorite topic is Oktoberfest. In 1921, he shot a film with Liesl Karlstadt that shows the atmosphere and the first photographic detailing ever of carnival folks offering up such attractions as knife-throwing and tobogganing. He playfully merged entertainment with documentation and created the format we call infotainment today. The carnival family Konrad made the original toboggan carnival wagon available.
