Katrin Bittl and Reiner Heidorn: We Are Plants

The question, “What sort of society do we want to live in?” is central to both artists.

Katrin Bittl probes social notions of norms and role sharing. In videos, paintings, and performances, she also works with her entire body. Reiner Heidorn‘s oversized oil paintings based on plant cells allow one to immerse oneself in energetic endlessness. Live performance „Körperbild“ (Body Image) with both artists.

Hourly programs with the live performance “Körperbild” (Body Image), music of world-class saxophonist Johannes Enders and talks with the artists as well as tours by touch.

Inclusive exhibition video in German sign language.
