“A Song of Sunshine” is the title of a work by the blind English organ composer Alfred Hollins, performed among others by organist Giacomo Gabusi. The title also defines the thematic framework and the elevated, festively joyful basic tone of the selected organ pieces. Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Bach student Johann Ludwig Krebs, and Giovanni Morandi will pull out all the stops – and let the organ shine!
