Choir night at Müller’sches Volksbad
Starting 10 pm: This public bath is the art nouveau jewel among Munich’s and one of Europe’s most beautiful public baths. The baths will be turned into a choir space for the Long Night.From 10 pm until 1 am,alternating choirs will be filling the swimming halls with song.
Admission from 9.45 pm.
Es singen:
- The Bud Spenzer Heart Chor - that's 60 flying fists, straight to your ears. Founded in Giesing in 2017 and still on rocket boots. Germany's most special choir sings its way through Bud and Terence's film music oeuvre.
- OstBahnGroove – a Munich-based pop and jazz choir that pushes the boundaries of a cappella music. By experimenting with timbres, dynamics and rhythms, each song tells a unique story.
- Robins Choruso – the rock & pop choir from Munich brings a mix of songs from Sting, Depeche Mode, Ed Sheeran and many more to the stage with more than 30 angelic voices. It will get your feet tapping and your heart pumping. Under the direction of Katrin Frühinsfeld, new interpretations can be heard and old favorites can be experienced anew.
End: 1 am
During the Long Night of Music, there will be no swimming in the pools; visitors may enter the pools in street clothes. Glass bottles and glasses are not permitted in Müller'sches Volksbad.
