The captivating space inside the St. Lukas church and its significance as the largest Protestant church in Munich has inspired a lively artistic concept. As part of the artionale 2019, the Fair for New Music und Contemporary Art in Munich’s Protestant Churches, the group of artists Christiane Wolf, Christoph Rodermund and Ralf Wapler have created three different light spaces that are continually changing. Light comes and goes, changes the space and the mood, lets people stand in awe and become curious about the next situation. The installation is complemented by the artwork “I come from a beautiful place” by Lars Koepsel.
